FOTD + OOTD: Tell me what you want so we can do just what you like

I recently started working as a sales person at a clothing boutique at my local mall (I won't discolse the name here, I don't want any problem, but if you really want yo know, you can tweet me) and I love it so far, it's very different from my previous jobs but I'm always up for new aventures and challenges!

The employees have a dress code to follow and I'm actually enjoying having to get dressed up for work - and we are also required to wear lipstick or lipgloss, which is cool because I don't have lots of occasions to wear lipsticks and I have so many! So here are my FOTD and OOTD for my second day at work.

As I mentionned above, the sole purpose of this FOTD was to show you how gorgeous My Paradise looked once applied on the cheeks... but of course I forgot to take proper pictures before leaving for school, so I had to rush to take pictures with my phone once in my car, hence the crappy quality. I hope you can still see how gorgeous and shimmery it is? I have found the glitters to be quite chunky and hard to blend but I love how they tone down the blush a bit, because it's super pigmented.

Maybelline The Falsies Volum' Express in Black Drama: I'm currently using the original The Falsies and loving it (even though I don't really see the "dramatic false lash effect"), so I'm sure I'll love this one just as much!

Sally Hansen Nail Art Pen in Black and Red: I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy some myself because I'm very lazy and I didn't think I could achieve something great, but I will definitely give it a try.

Jim Benton's It's Happy Bunny Socks: I needed socks, and I love Happy Bunny! Sara picked these out because it says things I can totally relate to those quotes:

 "I hate everything." (Typical me!)

 "I just don't listen." (I... just don't listen LOL)

 "It's all about me. Deal with it." (Yes, I'm selfish like that)

Jim Benton's It's Happy Bunny and Betty Boop Slipper Socks: Slipper socks are great to lounge around the house in, but unfortunately, these didn't fit, even though it says it will fit shoe size 4 to 10.

 "It's cute how you think I'm listening." (Typical thing I would say to my boyfriend LOL)

I'm not sure what happened here, but the design on the back of the socks seems to have been glued to iself and it makes the socks incomfortable to walk in.

Yoshi plush: I was in Future Shop with my boyfriend when I found some adorable Nintendo plushes and my boyfriend bought me Yoshi! Isn't it the cutest? ^^

I have the best friend and boyfriend hehe! =D

November 2010 issue of ELLE Canada: I got an offer to subscribe to this magazine for only $1 an issue, so I decided to give it a try (=

My prize from Shade's giveaway: The prize was a jewelry piece of my choice from $35 and under from Fantasy Jewelry Box. Now a lot of trouble happened (I waited around 2 weeks after placing my order to finally be told that they thought the package got lost, but then they realized the item I wanted was discontinued), so they told me they were sorry and gave me a credit of $60 instead. When I picked two items and ordered them (for a total of $59.90), they thought I was reviewing a piece of jewelry - in which case the limit is $50, so they told me to call the customer service. I wrote back to them saying I only won a giveaway, and that I had spoken with a different lady before and blahblahblah. After all that trouble, I finally received a package from them... only to find that one item I ordered was missing! I ordered Ashlee's Silver Studded Black Metal Bangle for me and Champagne & Clear CZ Princess Cut Gold Tennis Bracelet for my mother but I only received the last one! I contacted them regarding that but I always receive their answer 1 week later... I'm thinking that they are being very unprofessional. I will definitely not order from them again!
