Week 13 Winners -- Minnesota

Weekly Winners is our weekly highlights of college football teams that pulled off upsets during the previous weekend. As usual, we will celebrate these upsets with cheerleaders. And maybe a little snarky commentary.


It has been a disasterous season up in Minnesota, but at least they went out with a bang. Interim coach Jeff Horton led the Golden Gophers to 2 wins to end the season. That's double the wins they had during the entire rest of the season. And those wins came against Illinois and Iowa, a couple of bowl teams.
