We're going mid-major today. George Mason may have just lost their basketball coach to The U, but they still have some pretty cute cheerleaders for a CAA squad.

NCAA Tourney Round 1 Cheerleader Preview - #8 George Mason v. #9 Villanova

For me, this is one of the most interesting match-ups of the entire first round. Most people expected big things out of Villanova this year, but that just didn't happen. Instead they've struggled mightily during the 2nd half of the season and have really failed to find themselves as a team down the stretch. At the same time, George Mason is one of those mid-majors that everyone is scared to play right now. We all know about their Final Four run a few years ago, but they have quietly put together a very solid program. Great 1st round game!
