Great Baylor Cheerleader Picture

Had to change the picture because somebody doesn't like to have his pictures seen. Whatever. This chick is hotter anyway.

Week 1 Winners: Baylor

Probably the most exciting game of the entire weekend, and it could end up as the most exciting game of the year. Baylor and RGIII shredded what was supposed to be a stout defense for 50 points, but they still needed a late field goal to pull off the come from behind win.

Most importantly, though, the cheerleaders really stepped up to the plate and lived up to the Game of the Day prediction I made Friday morning.

Game of the Day: #14 TCU v. Baylor

I know there are only 2 Division One games tonight, but this game is better than Michigan State v. Youngstown State. By a long shot.

Plus, you know the cheerleaders are going to be hotter in this match-up. Don't think that wasn't a part of the deliberation.

Baylor Cheerleaders Hit The Pool

Cheerleaders sure do love to stunt in the pool. I guess it makes for an easier fall.

Anyway, here are some Baylor cheerleaders hitting the pool and showing off their skills (and their bodies).

The Cheerleaders in Texas Are Friendly

I've often wondered just how great cheerleader camp is in real life. I'm sure it doesn't match the picture in my head, but it has to be at least a little bit awesome.

And these pictures certainly don't help dispell the theories in my head. What's better than cheerleaders from a couple of rival schools hanging out and taking pictures together? Oh the joys of cheer camp!

Baylor Bear Cheerleaders

I find it fascinating that such a straight-laced school has some of the most gorgeous cheerleaders in all of college athletics. It almost seems unfair for some reason that I can't figure out.

Texas Bowl Cheerleader Preview -- Illinois v. Baylor

Baylor is playing in its first bowl game since 1994 tonight. Sure it's just the Texas Bowl, but it's a bowl game just the same. That's an awfully long time to go without bowling, so you know the folks in Waco are going to showout for this game.

Illinois had a surprisingly good season until they lost to Minnesota and Fresno State (yeah, I know they are a bowl team but still) to end their season 1-2. Those 2 additional wins would have made the Illini 8-4 on the season which would be a big turnaround from the last couple of years for the good people of Champaign.

Week 8 Winners -- Baylor

Weekly Winners is our weekly highlights of college football teams that pulled off upsets during the previous weekend. As usual, we will celebrate these upsets with cheerleaders. And maybe a little snarky commentary.

Baylor is bowl-eligible for the first time since 1994 after their upset of #22 Kansas State. To be honest, there is ro reason why K-State should have been ranked in the first place, but that's not really the point. Robert Griffin III is a baller, and his 404 passing yards Saturday showed he's not just a one trick pony. Good job Baylor.

Baylor Cheerleaders Celebrate Highest Draft Pick in School History

The Golden State Warriors selected Ekpe Udoh #6 overall in last night's NBA Draft. Udoh is the highest draft pick ever out of Baylor, and the school's first lottery selection ever. Hell, he's the first Baylor Bear selected in the NBA Draft since the Clippers took Brian Skinner with the 22nd pick in 1998.

Regardless, it's time to celebrate with some damn cute Baylor cheerleaders.

NCAA Tourney Sweet 16 Preview -- (3) Baylor v. (10) Saint Mary's

Another upstart mid-major works their way into the Sweet 16 by knocking off a 2 seed from the greatest conference in all the land (if you listen to all the "experts"). I really like Saint Mary's. I don't know a ton about them, but I've watched their games and I always find myself rooting for them. But I also really like Baylor. Udoh is a monster, and their guards are just silly good. Being a Big 12 guy I'm going to pick Baylor here. But I'll probably still root for Saint Mary's if it's close.

As an aside, I haven't been able to find too many pictures of the Saint Mary's cheerleaders. So I'm recycling 2 pictures from last week. But I decided to link to their website so you can check out all of their cheerleaders and dancers on your own. Have fun!!

NCAA TOURNEY ROUND 1 PREVIEW -- (3) Baylor v. (14) Sam Houston State

A nice little Texas battle in the first round. Baylor is one of those teams that has a legitimate chance to make a run to the Final Four this year. They also have the ability to lose this game. That is exactly what makes the NCAA Tournament so much fun. And it's what makes filling out a bracket so goddamn frustrating sometimes.

In Lieu of Week 6 Winners, I Present Marisa

I'm actually out of town on vacation all week, so I can't do this week's winners (I know you are terribly crushed about missing my sterling college football analysis). But I think you are going to be OK with my scheduled replacement: Baylor cutie Marisa and friends.

She is pretty much the essence of the girl next door cheerleader hottie. There is nothing about her that I don't love. Go ahead, I dare you to find something, anything wrong with her.

Major tip o' the hat to aperturo for this hottie!
