The Poo is About to Hit the Fan at Central Florida

If you haven't read the story on Central Florida basketball's connection to an ex-con that's been funnelling players to the Knights yet, you should definitely check it out. Pretty damning stuff in there. So the basketball team is about to get seriously whacked by the NCAA, but at least Knight fans still have some sexy cheerleaders to take their mind off the upcoming sanctions.

Liberty Bowl Cheerleader Preview -- Georgia v. #25 Central Florida

If you had seen this bowl game match-up on paper at the beginning of the year I don't think you ever would have guessed that Georgia would be the 6-6 team. Then again, if Georgia was 10-3 like UCF, they probably wouldn't be playing in the Liberty Bowl. But alas, Georgia fell off big time this year and Central Florida had a surprisingly good season for a team that has started a redshirt freshman at QB most of the year.

Now the Knights are looking for their first ever bowl victory. We'll see if the Bulldogs have enough fight left in them to prolong UCF's bowl game misery.

St. Petersburg Bowl -- Rutgers v. Central Florida

Here is another bowl that I know absolutely nothing about. Rutgers was a bit of a disappointment this year, and I think playing in the St. Petersburg Bowl in proof of that. Still, I would be surprised if UCF has enough talent to knock of the Scarlet Knights (what a stupid nickname, by the way). However, if this game were simply based on the cheerleaders, the UCF Knights (hey, it's the battle of the knights!) win in a landslide!

Week 11 Winners -- Central Florida

And down goes Houston. Funny how most of the "BCS Busters" tend to weed themselves out by losing to teams like Central Florida. Not the UCF is a bad program, but they're also not world beaters. Regardless, they knocked off the Cougars this week and this little cutie was very happy about it.
