Middle Tennessee State Cheerleader Kara
I don't really know much about Middle Tennessee State, but I do know that they make a bowl game damn near every year. Sure it's a shitty bowl, but it's a bowl game all the same. I also know that they have a couple of cuties on their cheerleading squad.

Seriously? It's early January and I have to watch this crappy bowl game tonight? Aren't we supposed to save the best bowl games for last? This is just dumb. Nobody wants to see a MAC/Sun Belt game this close to the national championship game. Oh well, I guess it's still better than the NBA!

I've actually had some MTSU cheerleader pics on here before, believe it or not. And I've always been pleasantly surprised with the talent they have on that squad. I even included a pretty darn cute flag girl in this set of pics. I'm not going to make it a habit, but she's a cutie and I thought I should share.

New Orleans Bowl -- Southern Mississippi v. Middle Tennessee State
I think we're seeing a trend with these early bowl games: all of them are named after a place. Seriously, you can't come up with a better name than the city hosting the bowl? That's just lazy.
OK, rant over. Let's move to the actual game. I really don't know a damn thing about either of these teams. There is a possibility for a good bit of offense, but who really knows. The New Orleans Bowl is a perfect example of an extraneous game that no one other than the fans of the schools involved care about. That being said, I'll still probably watch at least half of this game.
