Week 6 Winners

This has been a spectacular collapse by Florida State. Losing to Oklahoma at home is acceptable. Losing at a surprisingly strong Clemson team is fine too. Losing to Wake Forest is just embarrassing. But the Demon Deacons are 4-1 and 3-0 in the ACC now, so maybe they're for real and we're all the fools for not realizing it.

Wake Forest Cheerleaders Excited To Kick Off D-1 College Football Season

Wake Forest hosts the first D-1 football game of the season tonight when they take the field against the mighty Presbyterian Blue Hose! For those of you that are wondering what in the hell is blue hose is(like I was), there seem to be several interpretations. I'm going with this one, though: A Blue Hose is a fierce Scottish warrior. If you have seen the movie Braveheart, you've seen a true Blue Hose.

NCAA TOURNEY ROUND 1 PREVIEW -- (8) Texas v. (9) Wake Forest

Two teams from major conferences that both really disappointed this year. Hell, Texas was ranked #1 at one point this season. What a waste. At the same time, this team could totally catch fire and make a run to the Final Four. They have that much talent. Don't expect it, though.
