FOTD + OOTD: Tell me what you want so we can do just what you like

I recently started working as a sales person at a clothing boutique at my local mall (I won't discolse the name here, I don't want any problem, but if you really want yo know, you can tweet me) and I love it so far, it's very different from my previous jobs but I'm always up for new aventures and challenges!

The employees have a dress code to follow and I'm actually enjoying having to get dressed up for work - and we are also required to wear lipstick or lipgloss, which is cool because I don't have lots of occasions to wear lipsticks and I have so many! So here are my FOTD and OOTD for my second day at work.

TRESemmé Naturals Shampoo and Conditioner samples and coupons: I honestly have no idea where this comes from. I've searched the net and found nothing, and my name wasn't on it so maybe they are free samples that everyone has gotten?

SilkPerfect Pillowcase: I've been sent this silk pillowcase to review and I'm super happy because I've wanted to try one ever since I first heard about these! Not to mention that silk pillowcases are not easy to find everywhere.

Grey Winter Leggings from eBay: I know they look blue but it was because of the sun, they are actually a dark grey. I wanted another pair of winter leggings as I've been wearing the same pair a little too much lately, and I didn't want to get another black pair, so I opted for dark grey. They are very soft and warm, and super comfy. I got them for $7.00 here. I ordered them on February 25, they were marked as shipped on February 27 and I finally received them on March 23. It took around a month, but they were coming from China, so I guess I can't blame the seller.

Nivea samples: These weren't addressed to me or someone in the house so I guess they were free samples that everyone has gotten. I'm never tempted to buy Nivea products as I find them a little too much pricey, so I'm glad I can give them a try for free. I received:

Just a very quick and simple OOTD of my last day of Uni before the holidays. I think this is the outfit I will also wear on New Year's Eve.

I have no idea why I received samples from the Pureness Oil-Control 1-2-3 Skincare range as my skin is dry, but those are one application samples, so I'll try them anyway.

November 2010 issue of ELLE Canada: I got an offer to subscribe to this magazine for only $1 an issue, so I decided to give it a try (=

My prize from Shade's giveaway: The prize was a jewelry piece of my choice from $35 and under from Fantasy Jewelry Box. Now a lot of trouble happened (I waited around 2 weeks after placing my order to finally be told that they thought the package got lost, but then they realized the item I wanted was discontinued), so they told me they were sorry and gave me a credit of $60 instead. When I picked two items and ordered them (for a total of $59.90), they thought I was reviewing a piece of jewelry - in which case the limit is $50, so they told me to call the customer service. I wrote back to them saying I only won a giveaway, and that I had spoken with a different lady before and blahblahblah. After all that trouble, I finally received a package from them... only to find that one item I ordered was missing! I ordered Ashlee's Silver Studded Black Metal Bangle for me and Champagne & Clear CZ Princess Cut Gold Tennis Bracelet for my mother but I only received the last one! I contacted them regarding that but I always receive their answer 1 week later... I'm thinking that they are being very unprofessional. I will definitely not order from them again! Last week, I met with some friends to have dinner at Chez Milot and then we headed to Radio Lounge in Montreal. This is what I wore to dinner because I didn't have time to change before:

Cardigan: Giant Tiger

Shorts: Stitches (those were an old pair of jeans I cute into shorts)

I did my hair before the restaurant to save time, but as you can see in the pictures below, it didn't hold its curls through the day because it was so hot and humid, despite my overload of hairspray. And after the club, it was totally falling flat LOL.

After dinner, I changed to go clubbing:

The day after, my father found a stray dog in your yard! Don't worry, we found his owner pretty quickly and handed him to her. I bet he ran from the house because he was scared of the storm. Poor doggie!
