And The NCAA Tournament Begins . . . Kinda
Tonight is the NCAA Tournament Play-In Game. Which might be the dumbest thing the NCAA has done in quite a while (and that's saying a lot). Regardless, today we start our preview of the first round of the tournament. I'm not going to be around to post about the weekend games, so I'm going to preview all of the first round games so every team gets at least a little recognition. Even the lowly 17 - 15 Arkansas - Pine Bluff Golden Lions. Unfortunately, I could only find 1 UAPB picture. So, I gotta take Winthrop in tonight's game.
Winthrop Cheerleaders Celebrate Another NCAA Tournament Berth
We're going to start congratulating some of the smaller schools that have already sewn up their spot in the NCAA Tournament via conference tournament championships. The first school we're going to recognize is the Winthrop Eagles. The Eagles won the Big South Conference tournament a few days ago to earn their 5th NCAA Tournament trip in the last 6 seasons. Congrats Winthrop!
