East Carolina Has Some Really Hot Cheerleaders & Dancers
I've noticed that East Carolina has (what I would consider) a disproportionately high number of hot cheerleaders and dancers. Is that a trend all across campus or are all of the ECU hotties in the spirit programs?
Military Bowl Cheerleader Preview -- East Carolina v. Maryland
I didn't realize this bowl was only 3 years old. And there's only been 1 service academy play in the game. Talked about a missed opportunity in the marketing world. Seems like a pretty obvious match. Oh well, this year they get a Maryland team that made the 2nd biggest turnaround in Division 1 football this year going 8-4 after last year's 2-10 disaster.
East Carolina might not be a football powerhouse, but they are always solid. This year they have the #4 passer in the nation in terms of yards. That could bode well for those of you looking for some fireworks on an early Wednesday morning. Plus, they always have some cute cheerleaders.

Week 1 Winners -- East Carolina
Weekly Winners is our weekly highlights of college football teams that pulled off upsets during the previous weekend. As usual, we will celebrate these upsets with cheerleaders. And maybe a little snarky commentary.
This was probably the game of weekend in terms of excitement. Both teams scored a ton of points, and both teams scored touchdowns in the final 90 seconds. Unfortunately for Tulsa fans, East Carolina's TD was on a hail mary on the last play of the game! What an exciting game!

Liberty Bowl -- Arkansas v. East Carolina
I never realized how many crappy bowls there are on New Year's Day. How did the Liberty Bowl sneak in here? East Carolina is a tough team and the two-time Conference USA champ. I don't know much about them, but they always seem to be sneaky good.
Arkansas, of course, has prototypical QB Ryan Mallett at the helm and should sling the ball all over the field against the Pirates. Mallett thinks he'll be a Heisman favorite next year (never mind the fact that Ingram will be back at Bama), so I'm sure he'll try to use this game to get the hype machine rolling.
