One of the 369 theories out there regarding conference realignment has BYU joining the Big 12 if Texas A&M bolts for the SEC. I don't know if there is any truth to this theory, but if all of their cheerleaders are cute like these 2 then I'll give it the OK!

NCAA Tourney Sweet Sixteen Cheerleader Preview - #2 Florida v. #3 BYU

Do you think BYU just hates playing in New Orleans? I'm sure there is some conspiracy theorist out there on the interwebs that thinks the NCAA did this on purpose to make sure the Cougars don't make it to the Final Four. God I love a good conspiracy theory!

NCAA Tourney Round 1 Cheerleader Preview - #3 BYU v. #14 Wofford

The Fighting Jimmers make their NCAA tourney debut tonight in the face of a lot of action against them in the casinos. Apparently there has been a lot of money put down on Wofford since the brackets came out. Now, I don't know if people expect BYU to lose or not, but they certainly seem to think they are in trouble. Very interesting.

New Mexico Bowl Cheerleader Preview - BYU v. UTEP

The bowl season officially kicks off today with a bowl that literally no one cares about. Remember when BYU showed such promise? Yeah, we don't really remember that either. But they still made a bowl game this year, so that's something. And honestly, I didn't even know UTEP had a football team. They went 3-5 in Conference USA this year, so maybe it's safe to say that they don't actually have a team.

NCAA TOURNEY ROUND 1 PREVIEW -- (7) BYU v. (10) Florida

The first (real) game of the tourney pits a former repeat champ v. a perennial football power. These 7-10 games are always hard to pick, but I just don't see Florida having a very good chance in this one. They've just been underwhelming all season, and BYU is pretty darn good. I'm going with the Cougars here.

By the way, I'm going to be posting previews of all of the 1st round games today and tomorrow. The plan is to post the previews an hour or so before each game. So remember to come back and get your previews throughout the day as watch basketball until your eyes bleed.

Week 1 Winners -- BYU

Now that football season is under way, I thought I would try a recurring theme. Each week I'll post a cheerleader from the teams that were the big winners from that weekend in college football. Just something to pass the time.

This week's biggest winner, in my opinion, was BYU. Sure Sam Bradford got knocked out early. Sure Gresham didn't play at all. But BYU still went down south and knocked off the #3 team in the nation. Good job Mormons.
