NCAA Tourney Round 1 Cheerleader Preview - #4 Wisconsin v. #13 Belmont

Wisconsin is always a dangerous team come tournament time. They have a style of play that tends to wear teams down over time, and that system can really go to work on a team once they have played a game or two. The problem for Wisconsin is that they've never really had a ton of tourney success. Is this the year that all changes?

Rose Bowl Cheerleader Preview -- #5 Wisconsin v. #3 TCU

This is our first BCS game of the season (and the evening), and it has the potential to be a good one. #3 v. #5. TCU with a chance to prove they should have been in the title game (which I'm pretty sure nobody outside of Ft. Worth believes). Wisconsin trying to uphold the honor of the automatic qualifier conferences. Not to mention the fact that these are both damn good football teams. I'm actually pretty excited about this one.

Week 7 Winners -- Wisconsin

Weekly Winners is our weekly highlights of college football teams that pulled off upsets during the previous weekend. As usual, we will celebrate these upsets with cheerleaders. And maybe a little snarky commentary.

I told you Wisconsin was good enough to beat Ohio State. And for the 2nd time in 2 weeks the top team in the country falls. This could shape up to be a very interesting college football season that finds a relative newcomer to the big time in the national championship picture until the very end. Please, God, let it be Oregon and not Boise State.

Game of the Day -- #1 Ohio State v. #18 Wisconsin

Going in to the season I really thought the big game this week would be Nebraska/Texas, but then Texas fell flat on it's face. Hell, the BYU/TCU game should have been a big one too. Oh well, guess we have to up to Big 10 country this week.

Ohio State is a damn good football team. People (including myself) may want to hate on them, but there is a reason they win the Big Ten every year. But I also think Wisconsin is a team that is more than capable of pulling off this upset. They have 2 guys that already have over 480 rushing yards on the season. Most teams don't have that by the end of the season. Wiscy may not be flashy, but they are good enough to win this game. Especially at Camp Randall.

Week 3 Winners -- Wisconsin

Usually the weekly winners segment is reserved for the teams that pull off upsets during the weekend. Today, however, we have to give Wisconsin some props for blocking an extra point that would have tied their game with Arizona State with 4 minutes left in the game. What a crazy way to stave off an upset.

NCAA TOURNEY ROUND 1 PREVIEW -- (4) Wisconsin v. (13) Wofford

Best school name in the entire tournament. And it's not even really that close. Wofford just sounds snotty doesn't it? Like you can't go to Wofford unless Daddy drives a Rolls. I have no idea if the school is like that or not, but in my mind it's a rich, preppy school. Sorry Wofford, my mind is made up.

Champs Sports Bowl -- Miami v. Wisconsin

A couple of 9-3 teams battle it out in Orlando to see who is the Champs Champ. By the way, why aren't more bowl games sponsored by sports-related companies? Seems like an obvious connection.

Anyway, if you haven't seen John Clay play this year, do yourself a favor and tune in tonight. Kid is an old-school back that just loves to run people over. I love this kid. That being said, Miami should run the Badgers out of the building. I just watched ESPN's 30 for 30 show about The U a week ago, so I'm pretty much on the Canes bandwagon right now. They just have way too many athletes for Wisconsin. Plus, their cheerleaders are just stupid hot and we know how much that benefits a football team!
